You may return new, unopened items sold by Beyond Your Wildest Dreams, LLC (“BYWD”) within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. BYWD will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item); all other returns are made at your sole cost and expense. To facilitate the return of your item, please complete and print the form available on this Website and return it with the product being returned.

Refunds
Although BWYD strives to quickly provide your refund, you should expect to receive your refund in approximately four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. BYWD recommends that you ship the returned item to us via reputable overnight courier service to ensure timely and accurate delivery. BYWD is not responsible for items lost in the mail or by any overnight courier service, and in no event shall BYWD provide a refund until such time as BYWD has received from you the item being returned. The amount of the refund shall be the purchase price paid, plus taxes paid (if any), less a re-stocking fee of ten percent. Except as set forth in this Returns Policy, BYWD shall not refund the cost of shipping.

Partial Refunds
In its sole discretion, BYWD will issue partial Refunds for items that are returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery, items that are not in new and saleable condition, or items that have obvious signs of use.

Faulty Items
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you should contact BYWD to request a replacement. At this time, BYWD does not accept exchanges for different items other than the item purchased. BYWD makes every effort to promptly process exchange requests and ship the new item within 30 days of receipt of said item, although delays may occur and BYWD is not responsible for said delays.

Returning a Gift
If you received an order as a gift and wish to return it, you may do so within thirty (30) days of the date of shipping. To do so, you must complete the returns form included with the order or available on this Website and include it with the item being returned. BYWD will then issue a credit to the purchaser of the item.
